Poker, especially online poker, is played in more than one style. You may have heard of Texas Hold'Em or Omaha Hold'em, Stud and Carribean poker. All these are just different ways of playing the same basic 5-card hand poker game, but with little twists and differences. Overall the differences aren't terribly great so won't be too hard to remember, but aren't too small either, so you will need to remember them when you play poker online or offline.
